This internship program provides opportunity to offer a full-time position in the graduation season of the year 2024 with successful pass of an internship evaluation.

Main Responsibilities 工作职责：
- Provide assistance with the initiation of engagement process
协助启动审计业务流程
- Finalize working papers (including working program and section memos)
完成工作底稿（包括工作程序稿和章节小结）
- Follow work programs, use appropriate reference
跟进工作程序，合理索引
- Diligently following up “open” items
竭力跟进未结项目
- Provide assistance in preparation of finalization documents, such as subsequent events review, completion memo, draft reports, etc. (incl. changes after reviews and clients’ feedback)
协助编制完结文稿，如期后事项审核、完工小结、报告初稿等（包括审核后的变更及客户反馈）
- Produce accurate and timely work, identifies valuable findings
准确及时地完成工作，寻求有价值的发现
- Understand the ultimate purpose of the work required and participate to an efficient, thorough and profitable audit
理解工作要求的终极目的，进行高效、全面且效益可观的审计
- Maintain an excellent relationship with the client
维护良好的客户关系
- Perform other assigned work
完成分配的其它工作
Qualification 职位要求：
1. Student in University in China or abroad
国内或海外大学本科及以上学历在校生
2. Bachelor or above in finance, accounting, auditing, business, mathematics or engineering
财会，审计，数学，或工程类相关专业
3. Good oral and written English; and knowledge of a second foreign language (French, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian etc.) will be a plus, though not necessary
优秀的英语口语和书写能力，有第二语言（法语、德语、意大利语、日语、俄语）者被优先考虑（非必要条件）
4. A good team player, responsible and dedicated to work
有团队合作精神，对工作有责任心和奉献精神
5. Fast learner and able to work under high pressure
学习能力强，能够在压力下工作
6. Initiative, inquisitive, leadership potential, good organization and interpersonal skills
