Associate – Consultant (审核/咨询)
Candidate's qualification includes, but not limited to the following:
Bachelor degree and above
Excellent English skills
Detail oriented and being patient
Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint is a plus
Related major (i.e. finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, etc.) is a plus
CFA candidate or internship/working experience in finance field is a plus

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Input all clients' performance into the system and find any discrepancy or error
Test the holdings and transactions of portfolios to validate the accuracy for different security types
Review valuation policy for reasonableness and test the accounting treatment of investment income
Analyze and evaluate the client's performance calculation
Evaluate the appropriateness of benchmarks of the composites
Review disclosure presentations and requests for proposals (RFPs) for fair representation and full disclosure
Issue annual/quarterly verification reports on investment adviser's claims of GIPS compliance
Work closely with US colleague for any related questions and problems found
岗位职责（包括但不限于以下各项）:
整理客户的原始数据，输入系统、计算并分析差异
测试在系统中账户的持仓和交易是否与第三方的报告相匹配、发现并分析差异
检查公司估值政策的合理性及投资收益的会计处理
分析和评估客户投资业绩的计算
评估投资组合群业绩基准选取的适当性
检查市场宣传材料是否符合GIPS标准和原则
准备年度和/或季度合规报告
与美国同事合作共同解决发现的相关问题
艾史兰德国际有限公司的员工将会在工作中了解并掌握全球投资业绩标准（GIPS）的相关知识，并对CIPM（注册投资业绩评估师）考试对应的内容更加熟悉，这将有助于CFA 和/或 CIPM证书的取得。对于无相关专业背景对金融行业/合规审核/GIPS咨询有兴趣的应届生，或有其他行业工作经验希望涉足金融行业的求职者，公司将提供相应的专业技能培训。
