General Description/MISSION
Lead the project team and present solution for the customer’s requirement in Aeronautics and General Industry; Make this solution success and deliverable on site.根据航空和一般工业行业项目的（飞机、风电、重工等相关）客户的实际需求，协调整个项目团队，提供相关的技术解决方案，并使之成功、按时交付。
MAIN DUTIES
o Start project from kick-off until the final test in the customer’s plant; 负责项目执行，从项目启动到客户现场的最终生产，覆盖整个项目周期
o Responsible for project timing and margin, Supervise the quality; 负责项目的时间，利润率，监控质量
o Act as focal point for customer during whole project life, Work with sales to build and maintain customer relationship, and Achieve customer satisfaction; 项目过程中作为客户的***对接点，与销售一起维持客户管理，提升客户满意度
o Build and Maintain project Jour Fixed (cost WBS) and timing plan, Responsible for project review during project rolling;项目执行中，创建和维护项目成本(Jour Fixed) 和项目计划，定期在项目评审过程中陈述相关数据，并对其负责
o Change process for the scope management 范围管理中的增补管理
o Work with function managers to Allocate resource to work on project in order to Secure project running;和职能经理一起来分配项目资源
o Work with purchasing department to select and manage critical supplier; 和采购部门一起选择和管理关键供应商
o Coordinate project function interface issues under local organization matrix, and Contribute to Consolidate system procedure; 在当前的组织架构中协调项目内部各职能，巩固系统流程
o Adopt previous project lessons-learned and prevent them for on-going project; 从过去的项目中总结经验教训，避免后续项目中出现类似问题
o Drive the Analysis and Implement the recovery action on the risks defined in proposal and project phase;
在项目前期针对识别出的风险给出解决方案
o Project report (5 box) in running phase 项目执行阶段的项目报告(5 box)
o Advanced offering/selling for running project when needs. 在项目阶段发掘潜在的新项目
o Close open issues and achieve project milestone, push for customer payment关闭开口问题，按时完成项目重要节点，催促客户付款
Rrequirements
o Engineering degree 工科背景
o Project experience with customized automation production line 有非标自动化生产线经验
o 1-3 years in project management and technical background 1-3年相关项目管理工作经验，且有技术背景
o Proficient in English language both Written and Spoken ;英文书面和口语必须流利
o Experience in dealing with end clients a plus, 善于和客户打交道的优先
o Qualification in project management (PMI certification will be considered a plus); PMP认证的优先
o Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management ;理论和实践方面对项目管理的认识
o Knowledge of project management techniques and tools ;项目管理技术和工具的掌握
o Direct work experience in multicultural project management ;跨国项目管理经验
o Presentation and communication skills ;演示和沟通技巧
o Product and Process of aircraft and turbine、heavy industry wind will be considered a plus ; 飞机、风机、重工等相关产品或者生产线的工艺知识（了解CE认证会更好）
o Good knowledge of Office and CAD ;数量使用常用办公软件，如Office，基本使用专业软件如CAD
o Knowledge of process 工艺分析的知识
o Knowledge of mechatronics机械电子相关知识
