Job Description:
- To deliver elements of Cost & Commercial assignments under the supervision of more senior members of staff
在资深团队成员管理下完成成本造价方面的工作任务
- To provide support in the delivery of projects and professional assignments and have access to various international projects including international theme parks, large commercial complex projects, factory for the international brand in furniture, pharmaceutical and life science etc. management and other assignments to provide professional support.

- To be able to take a simple brief from a more senior member of staff and act upon it.

Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)
- Recognized Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
有机械、电气、土木、工料测量或其他相关学历
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and BIM related software, familiar with AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks is preferred
熟练使用Autodesk Revit和BIM相关软件，了解AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks等优先
- Good communication, inter-personal and analytical skills
