1 项目助理Exhibition project assistant
Responsibilities:
1.Work with local and overseas partners and suppliers on exhibitor recruitment via different channels to make sure sales target of the assigned fair(s) can be achieved and show can run properly.
2. Prepare and update sales materials including but not limited to fact sheet, application form, floor plan, brochure, flyers as well as any other materials that can help to canvassing for both exhibitors and visitors.
3. Prepare operational documents including but not limited to tenders, exhibitor manual, onsite handbook and other related materials for smooth execution of fairs.
4. Collect information on competitive events worldwide, analysis the competitive level with our show, and make suggestions to show manager, for sales & show positioning purpose.
5. Work closely with the colleagues from sales team and services team. Help to check catalog, invitation letter information etc.
6. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager, and be part of the project team to smooth the preparations and operations of fair.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above. 2. 1-2 years relevant working experience, experience in exhibition or event management industry is a plus. 3. Good organizational skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills and analytical skills.(also accept guratuate if outstanding) 4. Positive thinking, well-organized, result-oriented, able to work under pressure and a good team player. 5. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin); additional language will be an asset. 6. Willing to travel overseas.
