RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Participate In the design and implementation of the front-end or back-end ASIC design flow which covers form Analog/Logical design to physical implementation/ layout design. 参与数字、模拟及混合信号的芯片设计前后端流程开发
2. Setup IC design environment related with EDA tools/PDK/rule decks, work with engineers to debug EDA tools issues. 参与芯片设计软件环境的搭建,工艺库及设计规则的开发及维护
3. Work with multi-site workmates to optimize the design flow across different teams. 参与多地区部门合作优化设计流程
4. Participate in the research of Design Methodology to improve automation and productivity. 参与设计方法的自动化以提高效率
5. Perform other work task assigned by superior 执行上级交办的其他工作
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor or Master Degree with electronics/computer science major or other related field. EE/CS相关专业本科以上
2. Have Basic knowledge with IC design flows and EDA tools such as Cadence/Synopsys/Mentor. 熟悉IC设计流程及相关EDA工具的使用
3. A rapid learner, good communication skills. Good English language skill is preferred. 良好的沟通能力；善于发现问题，分析问题，解决问题；英语能力+
4. Good skills in programming language such as Python/Perl/TCL/C/C++ is preferred. 良好的编程能力
5. Be familiar with Linux OS. 熟悉Linux系统及操作
