一、根据行业标准或客户的测试要求，进行汽车零部件、电子产品的环境可靠性相关试验。如高低温试验、防尘防水试验、机械耐久试验等。
Conduct test items for automotive and electronic products according to industry standards or customer specifications, such as high and low temperature test, dustproof and waterproof test, mechanical endurance test, etc.

1、前期根据测试程序验证项目工程师提供的测试方案，如果有问题，及时向项目工程师反馈测试方案的不足。
Verify the test procedure before starting a test. Verify the test procedure and give feedback to the project engineer if it is not correct in time.
2、按照测试程序的要求进行试验，包含工装验证、试验架设、测试过程监督、测试数据整理,确认原始记录等。
Carry out tests according to requirements of the test procedure, including fixture, test set up, test process supervision, test data sorting, confirming test results, etc.
3、当产品出现失效时，对测试方法及测试过程进行分析，排除测试本身的因素。
When the product fails, analyze the test method and test process to eliminate the factors of the test itself.

二、确保所负责试验按期完成。
Ensure all work is completed on time, according to the test schedule.
1、根据测试程序及客户的需求，制定测试排期；
Make test schedule according to test procedures and customer requirements.
2、测试过程中发现的任何异常，及时与项目负责人沟通，确保问题快速得到解决，试验按期执行,并及时提供测试数据。
For any abnormality found during the test, communicate with the project engineer in time to ensure that the problems are solved quickly, the test is carried out on schedule, and the test data are provided in time.
3、指导测试技术员进行测试，并确认其提供的测试数据。
Guide the test technician to carry out the test and confirm the test data provided by him.

三、负责试验相关区域的管理及日常维护。
Take care of routine management for lab.
1、负责区域设备的维护管理及日常巡检；
Take care of internal equipment maintenance and daily check;
2、保证实验室7S及安全环境；
Ensure laboratory 7S and a safe environment.
3、样品，夹具及试验辅助品的日常管理。
Daily management of samples, fixtures, and test-related aids.
四、其他相关工作
Other related work
1、协助项目工程师评估测试流程，编制测试指导书；
Assist the Project Engineers to establish test procedures and work instructions.
2、指导并培训测试技术员；
To lead and train the technicians.
3、完成实验室经理安排的其他工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by the laboratory manager.
任职要求 Qualifications：
1、教育水平 Education
大学本科及以上学历
Bachelor degree or above degree is preferred.
2、专业 Major
理工科类专业（机械，自动化，材料，电子电气，车辆工程等）
Majors in science and engineering (mechanical, automation, materials, electrical and electronic, vehicle engineering, etc.)
3、培训经历 Trainings
ISO/IEC17025体系/不确定度/GM or VW 等车厂的测试标准
ISO/IEC17025 system/uncertainty/GM or VW and other OEM’s test specification
4、经验 Experiences
2年以上电子及测试开发类测试工作经验，汽车行业测试背景优先；
具有合理安排试验任务的能力；
More than 2 years of working experience in electronics and test development testing, automotive industry testing background is preferred;
Ability to reasonably arrange test tasks;
5、知识 Knowledge
熟悉各类汽车主机厂标准，具有GMW3172、VW80000经验者优先；
熟悉可编程电源，数据采集仪，环境箱，电子负载等设备操作；
CET-4 或者更高（英文读，写；听，说能掌握更好）
Familiar with various automobile OEM standards, experience in GMW3172, VW80000 is preferred.
Familiar with the operation of programmable power supply, data acquisition instrument, environmental chamber, electronic load and other equipment;
CET-4 or higher level (With English skill of reading, writing, listening, and speaking is preferred;)
