工作职责:
1、与客户的供应链团队密切合作,制定生产预测和时间表,以确保客户的交货要求
2、将客户订单转化为批量生产要求
3、协调内部运营团队以满足客户交付的要求,并与销售团队合作,在需要时优先考虑产能限制
4、每周计算产能,制定轮班生产计划,提高机器利用率
5、与内部团队规划长期的装配和测试能力以及硬件配置
6、与内部运营团队管理客户委托的硬件
7、执行管理层交办的其他任务
Job Responsibilities:
1.Work closely with the customer's supply chain team to produce production forecasts and schedules to ensure the customer delivery requirements
2.Convert customer orders into mass production requirements
3.Coordinate internal operations teams to meet customer delivery and work with the sales team to prioritize capacity constraints when is needed
4.Able to make sticky decision and make commitment to ensure Customer success
5.Calculate production capacity weekly, make production plan of bottle neck station by shift, maximize the use ratio of machine
6.Plan longterm assembly and testing capabilities and hardware configurations with the internal engineering and planning team
7.Manage customer-consigned hardware with internal operations teams
8.Execution of other assignments/duties by management
Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor degree and above.
Language: Good written & spoken English skills
Experience: 0~2years' work experience including 2 years' expertise experience in a high paced environment specializing in PMC, supply chain
-Functional Competency:
1. Understand ATMP E2E material pipeline control
2. Under product based business, able to plan to meet business, escalate constraints and can take initiatives to improve
3. English Communication Skill so that work with Asia teams effectively
4. Able to present with PPT, talk with data and analytical results
