4.异常业务处理与沟通;
5.相关海外应收应付费用的核对与确认;
6.业务分析与汇总;
7.其他上级指派的工作。
任职要求:
1,本科以上学历,语言类、国际贸易、工商管理类专业优先;
2,英语精通,非英语专业大学英语6级,英语专业需专业4级;
3,对工作有较高的热情,具备较强的学习能力和良好的沟通能力,有良好的应变能力及抗压能力,具备团队合作精神。
Overseas Customer Service
Key Responsibilities:
Contact with overseas partners for RFQ and comparison of prices;
Follow up the overseas operation of door to door import & export shipments;
Follow up the domestic operation of nominated shipments from overseas partners;
Deal with abnormal shipments;
Confirmation on overseas costs;
Analyse business datas;
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree, major in foreign languages and international trade would be preferred;
Fluent in English reading and writing, TEM4 for English Major, or CET6 for other majors;
Good planning, coordination, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, team spirit is an essential requirement.
