岗位职责
1、跟踪每张业务单的生产及定稿流程,收回应收回的款项;
2、同新、旧客户保持联系增加沟通,了解客户所需;
3、接收客户的投诉信息,并将相关的信息传递到公司的相关部门;
4、掌握、了解市场信息,开发新的客源;
5、英语、阿拉伯语、西班牙语、法语专业优秀的应届毕业生可考虑。
任职资格
1、大专以上学历,1年以上业务跟单工作经验;
2、有较强的创新意识和开拓进取精神;
3、工作细心、认真负责、具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神;
4、大学四级以上英语水平,英语听说读写能力强,具备熟练的电脑操作技巧。
注:工作地点:珠海香洲区敦煌大厦16楼(新香洲万家公交车旁边)
工作时间:5.5天制,周一至周五9点-18点,周六上半天9:00-12:00。
Job Responsibilities
· Approach and contact the potential customers with existing contacts provided by the company database and establish relation with the customers
· Familiarize product items (toner cartridges) and target markets
· Develop, implement and track sales strategies and goals, with differentiation for markets and report timely progress to the sales director
· Create strategies to develop new customers and to expand markets while keeping a strict focus on building customer retention rates
· Set individual and team goals with the senior sales professionals, and drive self-motivation to achieve the goals
Job Skills & Qualifications
Reqiured:
· Two to three years of sales representative experience
· Fluent communication skills in English, other languages will be a PLUS
· Basic sales and marketing concept
· Familiarity with documents and procedures of international commerce and trading
