欧洲英国快时装零售著名品牌（本集团旗下共有13个品牌，全球供应链供应商逾千家，除了中国采购，还从英国/意大利/摩洛哥/孟加拉/巴基斯坦/土耳其等地全球采购）正在寻找业务跟单人员。此职位设在上海代表处。主要负责服装订单跟踪和样品开发跟踪等供应商业务工作。
职位描述：
1. 参加欧洲客户中国采购会议，跟进供应商、客户和内部的订单跟单工作，确保客户满意和准时交货
- 参加采购会议，审核采购订单，追踪样衣开发进度
- 监督和检查每日订单进度，并密切跟踪进度，确保准时交货
2. 安排样品提交给欧洲客户确认
- 检查样品，然后寄客户最终确认
- 与客户沟通以获得批准的意见，然后确保供应商按正确要求进行大货
3. 执行管理层指派的其他工作，希望员工具诚实品质，工作积极主动仔细，有团队合作精神，将来能胜任业务员职位独立工作。
工作要求：
1. 学历：***大学本科学历
2. 工作经验：2年以上服装代表处或贸易公司的服装跟单经验, 清晰了解整个业务跟单流程从开发, 采购到出运。
3. 语言技能：良好的英语听说读写能力
4. 电脑技能：熟练使用微软办公软件（文字、表格等）
We are one of the famous European United Kingdom fast fashion retail brand (the Group has a total of 13 brands and more than 1,000 global supply chain suppliers, in addition to China sourcing, but also from United Kingdom / Italy / Morocco / Bangladesh / Pakistan / Turkey and other places) is looking for business merchandisers. This position is based in the Shanghai Representative Office. Mainly responsible for supplier business work such as clothing order tracking and sample development tracking.
Job Descriptions:
1. Attend buying meetings then follow up orders with suppliers, customers, and internal parties to ensure customers satisfaction and on-time delivery
- Attend buying meetings, review purchase orders, track samples development
- Monitor and check production status daily and track progress closely to ensure delivery on time
2. Arrange samples submission to customers for approval
- Check and inspect samples then send samples to customers
- Communicate with customers to get approval comments then ensure suppliers to proceed bulk production correctly accordingly
3. Perform other duties as assigned by management, character must be honest and proactive with team work spirit, also aim to be merchandiser to follow-up orders independently in future
Job Requirements:
1. Education Level: University or College degree
2. Years of Experience: above 2 years experiences in buying/trading office on products of woven garments of swimwear, fashion dress/tops, outerwear etc. Strong knowledge on follow up the procedures and production progress from buying till shipments delivery.
3. Language Skills: Good command of written and spoken English
4. Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally.
