工作描述/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.发送ENS 或AMS，ISF，VGM，SI信息，以及发送国外预报，更新系统；
HBL/MBL issuance, ocean freight charges confirmation, shipments pre-alerts, input data in operational system;
2.与操作做好工作衔接；
assist the operator to complete basic shipping arrangements;
3.与客户做提单和费用确认，提交开票和寄单事宜，收集清关文件;
response to customer for related information;
4.服从上级给予的工作指示.

职位要求/REQUIREMENTS
1.大专及以上物流相关学历优先考虑；
College graduate, major in transportation, forwarding or logistics is preferable;
2.1年及以上单证工作经验；
1 years of documents experience;
3.良好的英语读写能力；
Good written English (ability in reading and writing e-mails and documents);
4.良好的沟通能力；
Good Communication skill;
5.表现优异者，可晋升为海运客服操作
Can be promoted to C/S if good performance

The HBI group is a Freight Forwarder, specializing in maritime and air transport with sites based
around the world. Our European headquarters have historically been located in Marseille, but
HBI has branches at the main French ports and logistics hubs, HBI now has an international
reach with sales offices in New York and Dubai, and hubs in Turkey, China and Indonesia, with
a new branch opening in Africa. In 2020, we set up our Asia headquarters in Hong Kong to drive
