Job Summary:
To contribute and develop KONE Global Spares Supply’s (GSS) inventory planning concept and processes. You will control and manage inventory situation globally within the inventory planning team. You will also ensure availability of key and functionally critical spare parts, drive spare part forecasting process and be a link to relevant organizations as well as co-ordinate inventory planning related issues closely with internal GSS departments.

Duties and Responsibilities
· Plan service business inventories to ensure spare part availability and to drive effective working capital utilization
· Manage the spare part forecasting process
· Ensure optimized stock levels and order quantities
· Monitor exceptions, configure planning tool and control the planning process
· Continuously review, analyze and further develop our global inventory management
· Supporting KONE maintenance business to optimize proximity stocks and supply chain productivity

Education and Experience
· Bachelor Degree
· Working experience in logistics, material management or supply chain planning
· SAP knowledge and skills
· Preferred experience of working with Servigistics, MCA, Syncron, and SAP APO solutions
· Fluency in English
