Position:Merhandiser
DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES WITH KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Follow all sampling development process(Technical File or Picking request)
2. Review the tech file with relevant teams and clarify with brands which is not clear.
3. Analyzing cost sheets and negotiation of prices with suppliers and find alternative if prices cannot meet based on Tech file/product to achieve best price.
4. Monitor weekly production plan and shipment tracker with time and action plan, to anticipate issues and provide solutions with clear and transparent communication.
5. Support Manager for shorter lead time & good price negotiation to achieve margin coefficient for brands.
6. Regular meetings with brand buying teams and pre-production, production meetings with Quality team & suppliers to follow on productions, quality, inspection planning to resolve any issues and timely delivery of goods and with Product development team for trends development and selections.
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

EXPERIENCE& QUALIFICATIONS:
· At least 1-2 years garment merchandising experience
· Footwear, accessories purchasing experience is preferred
· Experience in dealing with European customer's preferably French market
· With MNC Buying Office experience preferred
· Good communication skills and command of spoken and written English and Local Language.

6. 定期与品牌采购团队和生产前期的会议,与质量团队和供应商的生产会议,跟踪生产,质量,检验计划,解决任何问题,及时交货,并与产品开发团队进行趋势发展和选择。
7. 主管交办的其他工作。

对服装/配饰/鞋类产品有深刻的理解。
乐于学习并能适应新环境。
要求:
·至少1-2年服装跟单经验
·有鞋类、配饰采购经验者优先
·有与欧洲客户打交道的经验,***是法国市场
·有跨国公司采购办公室工作经验者优先
·良好的沟通能力和英语及当地语言的听说读写能力。
