· Communicate effectively between QIA operations team, factories and clients
to prepare inspections all over Asia.

· Coordinate closely with factories to validate the inspection date and
factory address following client's requirements.
根据客户的要求,与工厂配合,确认验货日期和验货地址。
· Work together with the account managers to provide accurate information and
excellent service to our customers.
与客户经理合作,为客户提供准确的信息和优质的服务。
· Order processing and handling (quotation, booking online, queries, and follow up);
负责检验订单的处理(报价,在线下单,客户咨询等)
- Inspection reports review/validation based on protocol & client's specfiication
根据验货指引及客人的规格书对检验报告进行审核
任职需求Requirements
· College degree or above.
大专及以上学历
· At least One-year working experience as a customer services representative.
一年以上客服及其他工作经验。
· Good English, both oral and written.
良好的英文听说读写能力
· Service oriented, strong interpersonal skills, highly professional,
friendly.
具有良好的服务意识和人际交往能力,专业性强,待人友善。
· Team player with good communication skills.
具有良好的团队协作以及沟通能力。
· Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
