About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Generation Intern to join our dynamic team. This position will report to the Commercial Director. This role will be instrumental in expanding our client base and contributing directly to the company's growth. The primary focus of this internship will be identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients, laying the foundation for future sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Data Cleansing and Organization: Cleanse, organize, and sanitize existing lists of potential clients, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. This includes identifying and removing duplicate entries, updating contact information, and verifying business details.
Lead Qualification and Outreach: Reach out to potential clients via email and phone, making initial contact and qualifying leads based on predetermined criteria.
Social Media Engagement: Connect with potential clients on relevant social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to initiate conversations and build relationships.
Proactively identify new leads within our target markets by utilizing professional systems like Trade AI, ZoomInfo, and custom industry databases.
Conduct in-depth online research to uncover potential clients and decision-makers.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions within our CRM system.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and progress toward targets.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and results-oriented approach.
Basic understanding of sales and lead generation principles (preferred).
