Responsibilities:
1.Act as the contact point for shipment, follow up orders from stock to shipping process, feedback order shipment status to customer in time.
作为发货的联系人，从仓库到发货过程跟踪订单的进程，及时向客户反馈订单的发货进度
2.Inform packing team to start packing and request shipping instruction after packed.
通知包装团队开始包装的时间及告知装运的要求
3.Contact customer before shipping to ensure the correct shipping address and delivery special notes and transfer to logistics clearly.
在发货前联系客户以确保正确的发货地址及发货注意事项并且正确清晰的转达物流
4.Ensure goods delivery and cargo shipment in accordance with contract / PO requirements/ trade compliance policy and payment status, prepare for shipping documentations including Invoice, Do, test reports, COC or Form E if needed.
确保货物的发货及装运符合合同/订单要求/贸易的相关政策及支付条件，准备发货的文件包括发票，测试报告，COC或者电子表格
5.Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints with appropriate etiquettes and manners, continually improve customer satisfaction with our product & service.
正确的处理客户的询问及疑问，持续提升客户对我们的产品及服务的满意度
6.Handle the warranty, and non-warranty cases to ship the goods in time.
处理保价及非保价事项，及时发货
7.Be responsible for delivery status report and feedback to customer in time.
制作发货进度报告，及时反馈客户
8.Other tasks assigned by supervisor and manager.
领导安排的其他事项
Requirements:
1.College’s degree not must, but preferred.
大专以上学历
2.English skill (written) is preferred.
良好的英语水平（书面）更佳
3.Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
良好的办公技能
4.Communication skills, learn fast and detail oriented.
良好的沟通技巧，学习能力，注重细节
5.Must be Customer Service Oriented
