Join us as a Technical Consulting Intern, part of our global Consultant Development Program, working together with our experienced Consulting teams. You will learn about the full implementation lifecycle of Veeva software applications to a wide range of Life Sciences clients, you will support project teams to deliver high-quality solutions to drive customer success, and build your knowledge about the Life Sciences industry business processes.
This internship is for 6 months duration (3 days per week) and provides the opportunity to explore a full-time Associate Consultant position after graduating from University.
Responsibilities
Work with multiple project teams and collaborate with experienced consultants
Support Project Manager on project delivery and customer workshops
Assist on project analysis, solution design, and configuration of the application under the guidance of the Project Manager or Solution Architect
Support Data Migration and System Testing tasks to ensure successful implementations
Help build training documentation for clients
Support creation of reports & analytics for customer projects
Requirements
Pursuing Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business/ Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Medical, Math, Mechanical Engineering, or other similar degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent academic performance
Good communication skills, and fluency in Chinese and English
Good Microsoft Office skills especially Excel & PowerPoint
Passion to use technology to make business processes more efficient
Ability to manage time, prioritize and meet deadlines
Proactive and self-starter attitude
