Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop new clients and innovative business models for e - commerce logistics services;
2. Communicate with e - commerce platforms to establish cooperative relationships and become an online supplier for these platforms;
3. Collaborate with the operations and customer service (CS) teams to ensure the smooth transportation of packages;
4. Regularly complete sales reports and summarize business volumes;
5. Assist the finance department in collecting accounts receivable;
6. Increase the transaction volume and profitability of e - commerce businesses;
7. Gather market information and customer feedback to assist the product department in updating solutions;
8. Undertake other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Requirements:
1. Possess at least 1 year of working experience in the e - commerce logistics industry;
2. Demonstrate professional sales skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong teamwork capabilities;
3. Show a high degree of professionalism and a sense of responsibility;
4. Candidates with experience in air or sea freight logistics projects and direct customers are preferred;
5. Be proficient in using relevant IT office software;
6. Have basic English communication skills.
