Job Summary: 工作摘要:
Under the direction of the business support supervisor, the business support ensures the company’s objectives are met in customer relations, procurement support and Order Management. Perform and troubleshoot on sales orders, assist procurement in data management. Ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer all open sales orders to ensure appropriate material flow.

Duties and Responsibilities: 工作职责:
Includes but are not limited to:- 包括但不限于
1. Add new/change customer requests (Customer account Maintenance)
添加新客户或变更客户的申请(维护客户账户)
2. Data entry
数据输入
3. Assist procurement with uploading vendor offers and vendor quotes
协助采购上传供应商的订单和报价
4. Assist in Returns for sales (gathering information from sales representative, entering the Returns in Intranet for Customer Service)
协助销售退货(从销售经理处收集资料,在内部系统做退货以维持客户服务管理)
5. Obtain quotes from 3rd party vendor for services (as directed)
根据要求,从第三方供应商处获取服务报价
6. Enter orders (3rd party) into Purchase Order when requested by sales
根据销售的指示,将订单(第三方)输入采购订单
7. Reporting daily sales to local management (as directed)
根据要求,每天向领导报告当日的销售情况
8. Analyzing statistics and compiling accurate reports (as directed)
根据要求,分析统计数据并编制相对应的报告
9. Assist Purchasing departing in uploading data
协助采购部上传数据
10. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements 岗位要求:
1. At least one year of related job experience
至少1年相关经验
2. Work experience in a service-based business is preferred
服务型企业工作者优先
3. Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills required
出色的口头,书面和电话沟通技巧
4. Must be well organized, able to work under time constraints and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment meeting deadline as set by management
良好的管理性,能够在规定的时间内完成工作,在快节奏的环境下处理多项任务
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with customers, peers, management, and other departments
良好的人际交往能力,能够融入客户,同事,管理部和其他员工
6. Pro-active approach to job responsibilities is a must
有责任心,主动承担工作职责
7. Must have strong computer systems experience and the ability to process through a complex order management system.
必须具备良好的计算机操作经验和处理复杂订购单管理系统的能力
8. Basic knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
良好掌握Outlook, Word和Excel等计算机应用程序
