As a Legal Intern in HSBC China’s legal department, you will-
Have a unique opportunity to work with a team of experienced in-house legal counsels who have expertise in a variety of practice areas including but not limited to wholesale/retail banking products and services, digital legal services, data privacy, competition law, employment law, regulatory compliance and litigation.
Work within our Legal department based in Shanghai.
Have a broad range of responsibilities which may include (all under the supervision of the relevant in-house legal counsel):
1) conducting legal research and preparing research paper on the legal issues/matters on requested topics;
2) translation of legal documents and materials;
3) assisting in the low-risk legal documentation drafting and review; and
