Responsibilities:
1. Independently develop customers, handle customers' inquiries, quotations, and communicate with them effectively.
2. Collect and analyze customer and market information, and maintain good communication with customers.
3. Regularly report work to superiors and update the company on development progress for analysis.
4. Maintain good interaction with overseas agents on a daily basis and communicate relevant business content smoothly.
5. Undertake some customer service tasks, such as handling customer complaints in a timely manner, following up on after - sales issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Hold a college degree or above, with at least 1 year of sales experience in the logistics industry.
2. Be a team player and be able to work under pressure.
3. Have good communication skills and a good command of English.
