Order content:
- Order creation and maintain system data
- Ordering processing, delivery interface with customer.
- Track the customer complaints and results, contact customers; pass customer complaint feedback.
- Delivery schedule tracking, pull in and push out communication
- Weekly sales data report, overall delivery control
- IRIS document management
- Support sales in daily work & group business programs/ activities.
- Quality/customer satisfaction management.
- Other work assigned by manager
Exporting & Importing Content:
-Booking shipments
-Arrange pick up
-Prepare custom clearance documents (need self-learning)
-Logistic freight matching and apply for payment
-Download the relative documents for each shipment
-Registration of relevant information for each shipment
-Quality issue arrange pick up and RFQ
-Logistical quality issue when transporting
-Following each shipment
Job Description / 岗位要求:
-Strong sense of responsibility, thoughtful, sensitive and work independently
-Good spirit of team work
-Good PC & English & communication skills
Education / 学历要求:
-Above colleague degree in Business Management or Marketing is preferred.
- Above CET-4. Fluency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing is the best.
Working experience / 经验要求:
At least 1year working experience in sales supporting or customer service field, candidates from multinational company and industrial sales assistant/ customer service are preferred
