Job Descriptions:
Update, maintain and work closely with collection library for incoming projects.
Request fragrance applications for evaluations and submissions.
Assist FDMs and Senior FDMs on urgent projects.
Answer simple and collection projects on a timely manner and follow closely to project timelines.
Evaluate new launches of market products and follow closely on fragrance trends with Marketing team.
Assist FDMs and Senior FDMs in developing with Marketing team on new proactive projects and fragrance concepts for yearly client promotions.
Liaise with Technical team to provide technical support to Sales and clients.
Work with Category FDMs, Market Research and Sensory teams to provide research data to clients.
Perform tasks designated by Department Director on a responsive and timely manner.
Qualifications:
Major in Chemistry, Cosmetic & Fragrance or a related discipline.
Fresh graduate or with Intern experience.
Hardworking, meticulous and good in details.
Passion for the fragrance world and have a good sense of smell.
Possess interest in developing new fragrance concepts.
Has good team spirit and can work under pressure.
Ability to achieve goals in specified time.
Good written and spoken English.
Good in Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint.
