Main Responsibilities:
1.Master communication skills to ensure customers have enough confidence in the solutions provided by Microsoft.
2. Help Microsoft customers solve the technical problems encountered in the use or deployment of Windows operating system.
3.Represent Microsoft to achieve higher customer satisfaction.
4.Use accurate analysis tools to analyze problems.
Qualifications :
1.Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Passed CET 6 or fluent oral English candidate is preferred.
2. Interested in long-term development in it direction. Computer related major or IT working background candidate is preferred.
3. Excellent customer service awareness and communication skills.
4. Fast learning and excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Positive and cheerful, with strong passion and good cooperation spirit.
6. Be able to accept shift arrangement and adapt to fast-paced and high-intensity working environment.
