What this job involves:
The accountant is processing the reimbursement of Employee Travel and Entertainment Expenses report in a timely and accurate manner while enforcing and complying with Jones Lang LaSalle’s accounting policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
1. Check employee travel expense report to ensure the compliance with company policy;
2. Follow up with the employee for those reports which have problem;
3. Ensuring all expense report generates the correct accounting entries and all payments complete on time.
4. Prepare expense analytic reports;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by leader.

Requirements:
1. University degree
2. Fresh or 1-2 year’s financial related work experience
3. Fluent spoken and written English
4. Excellent software skill (Word, Excel, etc.)
5. Good communication skills
6. Independent and Self Motivated
