What this job involves:
To abstract critical and key information from leases and other contract documentation;
To transfer or abstract information into various lease and portfolio database systems;
To cross-check and verify abstracts and system data;
To audit and review system reports and system data for accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with internal parties to obtain appropriate lease documentation
Manage document workflow to ensure team responsibilities are completed in a timely manner
Work closely with colleagues within other Lease Administration teams to ensure workload is completed in a timely and accurate manner and escalate issues where required
Provide monthly standard and/or adhoc reports according to agreed reporting calendar within a timely and accurate manner
Obtain and review landlord invoices to ensure adherence to lease requirement
Perform financial reviews and generate financial reports which includes Variance Report, Rent Recommendation Report and/or flat file, Accounts Payable report, Accounts Receivable report, Aging Report etc.
Prepare monthly client invoices (where applicable)
Complete all duties with a focus on cost avoidance for our clients
Obtain, track and report on Insurance and Security deposit matters (where applicable)
Ensure our processes and procedures are maintained to ensure adherence with all internal and external compliance policies
Manage ad hoc projects to ensure clear communication on progress and timely completion of all assigned tasks
Complete an audit of works completed by JLL's Lease Administration teams
Complete Operational Expense Reconciliation on behalf of our clients and update our lease administration system

Requirements:
University graduate (Commerce / Finance Background) or equivalent work experience in lease administration;
1-5years relevant/corporate work experience
Fluent in English read & written & speak; Chinese, Korean or Japanese read & written;
Equivalent work experience in Lease Administration will be preferred
Knowledge of real estate leases would be an added advantage
Accounting or financial certificate is preferred
