Your tasks and responsibilities:
You take the responsibilities of related product, its quality performance and strategy, and specified new product design, realize, integrate and test to ensure the fulfillment of requirements as well as special project management.
1. You are responsible for all technical issue of the specified product, overview on its status, to ensure high and stable quality performance of product.
2. You are responsible for the product cost analysis and definition of actions to increase product profitability (including pushing of design to cost activities and local sourcing).
3. You are responsibility for product quality evaluation.
4. You are responsible or participate new R&D project, to ensure definition and timely development of high quality and cost-effective products.
5. You support product-related procurement and OEM activities.
6. You participate in process review of SCM.
Your qualifications and experience:
1. You have bachelor degree or above in Engineering, e.g. physics, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.
2. You have solid experience in product lifecycle management and leading R&D project, and preferred with knowledge/experience in X-ray tube or vacuum tube manufacturing.
3. You have successful experience to cooperate with worldwide partners.
4. You are good at oral, reading and writing English.
