Responsibilities:
? Related to XC/FC-CN
o Travel arrangements
o Reimbursements
o Meeting arrangements
o Preparation of PPT
o Visitors handling
o Support team related topics
o Coordinator for team activities
o Further depending on qualifications
? Assistant to XC/FC-CN teams
o Business travelling related activities management outside Szh/Shg XC-CN locations
o Reimbursements
o Equipment, facilities, and stationaries management
o Purchasing order process management
o Key user for some process or tools, e.g: indirect purchasing, etc
o Onboarding management for new employees
o Specific work assigned by management
? Assistant for XC-CN Suzhou commercial topics,
o Coordination XC-CN Szh2 assistants
o eHi car rental monthly checking and allocation to XC-CN department
o additional topics case by case
Qualifications:
? Education: Bachelor or above
? Excellent communication skills and fluent English oral and written
? Excellent MS office knowledge
? Proactive communication with collaboration mindset
? Major in computer science, automation, or relevant majorities is preferred.
? More than 2 years working experience, assistant relevant experience is preferred.
? Willingness to take responsibility.
