1.Understand the latest civil aviation and calibration regulations and update the calibration related operating procedures and work instructions in order to provide guidance, standards and specifications for calibration work. Supervise and guide the technical routine work of calibrator to ensure his/her cali-bration action fulfil with the requirements of company calibration management sys-tem
2.Participate procedure of test and measuring equipment purchasing and acceptance, including equipment selection, adjustment, test and acceptance and so on to ensure proper accuracy fulfill with the requirement of production
3.Responsible for carrying out regular calibration of test and measuring equipment based on monthly calibration plan to ensure unified unit, accurate and reliable measurement data by engine maintenance tools, tooling and equipment
4.Responsible for technical management of engineering metrology, including research and select calibration method, establish new calibration capability, establish the measurement standard, edit and update calibration regulation(ecr) and so on to ensure the standardization of calibration and the conformance with laws and regulations regarding calibration
5.Handle and file calibration data, including conduct uncertainty analysis of measurement, evaluate and analysis historical calibration data, calibration performance trend analysis and so on to provide technical reference for replacement of test and measuring equipment
6.Participate procedure of equipment purchasing and acceptance, including new electronic device and instrument selection, installation, adjustment, test and acceptance and so on to ensure proper function and reasonable cost; Control electronic device and instrument related budget, spare parts inventory and so on to ensure promptly and effective repair
7.Responsible for Trouble-shooting and repair on defect electronic device and instrument(component level) to ensure the fluent operation of production equipment in the shop and facility equipment
8.Responsible for electronic device and instrument maintenance and upgrade to ensure long life of equipment and continue production
9.Responsible for conducting tus & sat test
