Business Development
61 Make quantitative prospecting calls daily and set up meetings for potential business opportunities
61 Perfective maintenance on stacking plan and constantly generating leads
Consultant Function
To ensure that we deliver the best office leasing service in Shenzhen to all clients all the time:
61 Receive enquiries from clients and ensure that you understand their needs
61 Keep in regular contact with clients at all times including advising them of progress
61 Prepare shortlist of suitable properties for clients to review in accordance with their requirements and budget
61 Confirm availability and suitability with landlords
61 Arrange and conduct property inspections with clients
61 Negotiate for properties on behalf of clients
61 Prepare lease contracts
61 Ensure invoices are accurately prepared and sent
61 Attend weekly office agency meetings to discuss existing and possible leads
Sales and Marketing Function
61 Working with the Manager, business development team and the marketing department, to assist in the implementation and delivery of specific departmental marketing campaigns to predetermined recipients in Shenzhen.
61 To set up meetings and presentations with new and existing clients through telephone calls, emails or letters.
61 To make presentations to clients.
61 To secure instructions from clients.
Business Development
61 Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
61 Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the firm’s business, department P&L and business pipeline.
61 Develop relationships with all key personnel in Knight Frank’s organization and key overseas markets.
Database Management
To update and increase database contacts and input related information of properties and tenants onto the client contacts management system in the office.
Central Filing System
Working with the department manager, to maintain and keep up to date the filing system for all work in the Shenzhen office.
Person Specification
61 This position is open for candidate with around 2-3 years’ relevant working experience
61 Proficient in both Chinese and English communication skills
61 Good communication skill and interpersonal relationship
61 Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT with detailed and clear work plan
61 Responsible, initiative, mature, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
