1、大专及以上学历,信息技术等相关专业;
College degree or above, major in information technology and other related majors.
2、至少1年IT技术支持(具备微软服务器及用户支持经验、商务流程经验、ERP系统或者财务数据库经验);
Minimum 1 years’ experience in IT Helpdesk support. 至少3年IT技术支持经验
3、个人电脑,服务器、网络以及防火墙(Palo-Alto)经验,在面试时会有相应的技术测试;
Experience on PC, Server, Firewall (Palo-Alto) maintenance/or related knowledge 有个人电脑、服务器、防火墙(Palo-Alto)维护经验或相关方面的知识。
4、能够进行有效的直接沟通以及书面沟通Be able to communicate effectively in person and by email
5、英语或者德语熟练或者优秀;

6、必须能胜任出差,有能力搬动电脑类的IT设备。
