工作职责：
1. 协助团队翻译和/或校对内部沟通材料，如MagnaNOW幻灯片，员工沟通包，每月通讯和季度企业杂志。
2. 对全球/区域营销材料进行本地化，如该区域的概况、快速资料、企业宣传册等。
3. 麦格纳网站中文版的CMS（内容管理系统）维护。
4. 参与社交媒体故事的头脑风暴，并根据分配提供社交媒体内容编辑支持。
5. 为技术展、展会、行业研讨会会议等活动的组织和实施提供支持。
6. 市场传播部其他需要的常规工作。
任职资格
- 市场营销、传播、英语文学或相关专业硕士学历。
- 英语书面和口语流利。
- 熟练的中文故事写作能力。
- 善于组织和人际交往能力。
- 精通微软办公应用软件（PPT、Word、Excel）。
- 熟悉设计、Photoshop、视频编辑等美工软件者优先。
Position Overview:
In this position, the job holder mainly assists the Marketing Communications team to the incorporations’ branding through various marketing communication programs, including but not limited to internal & external communications, internal & external events.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist-the team to translate and/or proof-read the internal communications materials such as MagnaNOW slides, employee communications packages,monthly newsletters and quarterly corporate magazines.
Localize-global/regional marketing materials such as overviews, fast-facts, corporate brochures for the region.
CMS-(Content Management System) maintenance on the Chinese version of magna com
Participate-the social media stories brainstorming and provide social media content editing support as assigned.
Provide-administrative support on the organization and implementation of events including tech shows, exhibitions, industry seminars conferences etc.
Other-routine work of the marketing communications department as required
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in marketing, communications, English Literature or related majors
Fluent English in both written and oral
Sophisticated writing skills in terms of storytelling in Chinese
Good at organizational and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft office applications (PPT, Word, Excel)
Familiar with artwork software of in-design, photoshop and video-editing is a plus
