We are looking for Social Media Specialist to join the Lorna Jane Marketing. Integrate social media into the overall marketing strategy, excute official social media communication planning according to the plan of product, channel and brand strategy, including wechat, weibo, official website, tiktok, Xiaohongshu.

Key roles & responsibilities:
1. Content planning, development for digital and social campaign
Owned media always-on content development and landing
2.Always-on social seeding to sustain KOL content on-time-in-full delivery ( TikTok,RED, WeChat, etc.)
Weitao & Tmall:
3.Be responsible for the daily weitao contents to introduce new collections, product knowledge, brand story and MNB related lifestyles;
4.Optimize the product description with approachable product knowledge and selling points to increase the conversion rate;
5.Work closely with graphic designer to ensure the appealing message accurately delivered to customers;
6.Be responsible for the weekly contents covering active living program, new collections, community events, sales events;
7.Take a holistic 360 approach to digital and social activity, ensuring social campaigns have a close alignment with in store and offline activity;
Requirements:
Love sports, have work out habits, focus on the field of women’s fitness, self-motivated and identify with the Lorna Jane’s branding concept
Bachelor degree in communications, public relations, marketing or related disciplines;
Minimum of 1-4 years proven experience in public relations, media communication, social media management, preferable with FMCG or retail environment;
Strong network with diffenet types of media and KOLs
Excellent command of written skills especially good at social copywriting
