MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
?To deliver exceptional customer service and drive the team to ensure that minimums are maintained across the store

?To prepare monthly rota, daily planners and holidays according to business needs
根据业绩需求安排班表，日计划和假期
?To coordinate the briefings and encourage staff participation
组织晨会，激励员工的参与度
?To drive sales to improve store performance and to support the GM to reach budget
协助店长一起完成销售业绩目标
?To guarantee visual merchandising standards across the store
确保店铺的陈列标准的执行和维护。

? At least 1 year experience in managing a section in retail industry, especially in fashion retail industry
? 至少一年以上零售管理经验，在快时尚行业优先考虑
? Speaks English and Chinese, and College Degree above
? 可以中英文沟通，大专以上学历
