1. Support Public Relations Director in conducting activities to maintain good relationship with external stakeholders

2. Develop and maintain regional relation networks independently

3. Search and realize business opportunities and governmental subsidies.

5. Participate in relevant activities and events and provide support.

6. As contact window coordinate cooperation projects
对接政府相关部门，协调合作项目
7. Take role in crisis PR and governmental tenders
承担危机公关、政府招标等项目的责任
8. Explore the update and policy in the testing and certification industry, and solicit all kinds of information to extract useful insights and edit analysis report, to facilitate decision making
了解和掌握行业市场信息和政策动向，进行市场预测和分析并撰写报告，为公司管理层决策以及外部活动提供信息支持
9. Support important PR activities and events, e.g. acting as interpreter for some conferences
全面了解公司业务和企业文化，负责公司内外重大活动/会议的支持工作（如翻译），促进相互交流和信息共享
10. Promote the exposure and publicity of the company properly in some conferences, banquet and other occasions

Position Requirements:
1. Years’ experience in corporate affairs, public relations, government relations or related field
有对外事务、政府事务、公关或相关工作经验
2. Good command of both oral and written English, candidates with excellent German will be preferred
具备良好的英文口语和书面沟通能力，具备德语沟通能力者优先
3. Excellent Mandarin and good command of Mandarin writing
普通话标准，并且具备良好的中文文字功底
4. Data analysis skill or other engineering skill will be preferred
具备数据分析或其他工程技术背景者优先
5. Excellent Ability in coordination and quick reaction and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
具有较强的判断应变能力、较强的组织协调能力、谈判能力及人际交往能力
6. Good appearance and manner; and strong data analysis capability and acumen business sense with critical thinking
形象气质良好,有较强的市场信息分析能力和敏锐的洞察力
7. Hard-working, creative, and can handle hands-on works
工作责任心强，肯吃苦，工作踏实，创新意识强，思维活跃
8. Very well understanding on culture differences between China and Western Countries, very well knowing about Chinese traditional culture
