JOB PURPOSE: Use advanced analytics and statistical techniques to provide
in-depth, up to date and comprehensive business insights
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
1. Lead BI (80% workload)
(1) Familiar with business flow and data flow, developing
description/diagnostic/self-serving report using Business Intelligence tools.
(2) Drive BI projects to provide historical, current and predictive views of
business operations for improving operation efficiency.
(3)Respond to stakeholders’ requests and proactively identify problems and
opportunities for advancement.
(4) Conduct report promotion and training to stakeholders, organize BI club
when necessary.
2. bFO1 Support (Backup, 20% workload)
Backup bFO1 & I2P champion, deliver a consistent bFO performance to internal
users
REQUIREMENTS
1.Bachelor/Master in IT, Computer Science, Software, Applied Math, Analytics
or Statistics.
2.3~5 years’ experience in operational department/call center/customer care,
etc.,
3. Knowledge and expertise on data manipulation and data visualization.
4. Extensive hands-on experience in developing using SQL, Python, Excel,
Tableau etc., (show reporting demo in interview is better)
5.Experienced in presentation for report promotion and training.
6.Good communication skills & fluent in both written and verbal English.

要求
1.信息技术、计算机科学、软件、应用数学、分析或统计学学士/硕士。
2.3~5年在运营部门/呼叫中心/客户服务等方面的经验。,
3.数据操作和数据可视化方面的知识和专业知识。
4.在使用SQL、Python(具备文本分析能力)、Excel、Tableau等进行开发方面有丰富的实践经验(***在面试中展示报告演示)
5.在报告推广和培训的演示方面经验丰富。
6.良好的沟通能力和流利的英语书面和口头表达能力。
