Main Duties:
? Manage and optimize marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising, to improve performance and drive business results.
? Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, customer behavior and emerging technologies, so as to continuously optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
? Create and deliver dashboards, reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance and insights to senior management.
? Assist procurement team with the creation of content for the weekly market update.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as QC, procurement, sales and product development, to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
? Develop and maintain customers in sea/air freight import/export market and increase customers engagement.
? Other tasks assigned by the Company or supervisor.
Requirements:
? Associate and above degree, major in Marketing or related disciplines.
? With marketing related working/intern experience, fresh graduate is also accepted.
? Excellent English reading & writing skills. Spanish level will be a plus.
? Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
? Proactive attitude.
? Willing to work under pressure independently and have good teamwork.

任职要求:
? 大专及以上学历,主修市场营销等相关专业。
? 市场营销相关工作/实习经验,可接受应届生。
? 良好的英语读写能力。会西班牙语更佳。
? 良好的沟通能力、协调能力以及解决问题的能力。
? 对待工作态度正面、自驱力强。
? 能承受一定的工作压力,独立工作能力强,具有团队合作精神。
