岗位职责：
1、日常现场生产管理工作，确保生产产量与品质。每天将班组的实施计划分配给班长，跟踪实施结果并及时汇报。
2、根据生产进度和生产指令检查各工序生产进度，及时解决和汇报生产现场出现的问题。
3、确认现场人员的操作符合GMP操作规范，并复核生产记录如实及时的记录。对生产过程异常及设备异常进行协调处理及突发事情的上报。
4、跟进车间的提效、降损项目的实施。
5、设备保养与现场安全全工作。指导监督操作要符合安全操作规程，并根据规程安排每日对设备进行保养，同时做好保养记录。指导下属严格执行SOP，预防设备事故发生，保证人员安全。
6、现场5S管理工作。
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历。食品、药品、化学相关专业。会普通话和泰语。

According to the procedures, daily maintenance of the equipment should be arranged, and maintenance records should be kept at the same time.Guide subordinates to strictly implement the SOP, prevent equipment accidents, and ensure personnel safety.
6. On-site 5S management work.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in Chinese and Thai.
