Responsibilities:
1. Prepare sales, KPI, stock, and sell-through reports.
2. Translate product knowledge and focus documents.
3. Input orders and manage stock consolidation.
4. Conduct competitor and market trend research.
5. Handle perfume and watch order follow-ups and reconciliations.
6. Support data consolidation tasks for reports and presentations.
Requirements:
·Able to work continuously for at least 6 months, minimum 4 days per week
·Current undergraduate or postgraduate student
·Excellent command of written and oral English and Chinese
·Strong communication skill and curiosity to explore new things
·Good time management and organization skills
·Detail-oriented and ability of multi-tasking
·Good command of office (word/ powerpoint /excel) skills. Willing to develop in luxury event industry is preferred
·Coordinate and assist assigned projects and to ensure execution is in line with brand standards under direction given by line manager
