Responsibilities:
* Support to define and implement the SRM / SAP Ariba business processes in APAC
* Support global implementation on indirect purchasing process and tools
* Support locations in resolving business process issues in SRM / SAP Ariba
* E-catalogue system maintenance and ensure the uploading according to the competitive service level
* Maintenance of corresponding business process documentations
* Check supplier contracts in Direct and Indirect Purchasing for Rail locations, and Indirect Purchasing for CVS locations
* Administrative works on xECM contract management, and support locations for document upload in case of urgency
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Management Information System or Business Administration
* Able o work and communicate in multi-national environment
* Strong Analytical skill and critical thinking. Able to gather information to assess facts and methodically decide the best way
* Good command of English and communication skill is preferred
* Proficient in MS Excel (pivot table is a must) and Powerpoint presentation is preferred
