Job Description:
1. Develop recruiting sources, recruitment selection and placement of individuals for available positions. Sourcing, identifying and tracking candidates through hiring process and support daily recruitment process;
2. Assist HR manager on on-boarding /leave/termination procedure;
3. Databases maintenance (input data, documents sorting and filing);
4. Supporting employee contact management and attendance management;
5. Other tasks signed by HR Manager.
Requirements:
1. College students;
2. Proficient in the use of Excel, Word and other office software;
3. Smart and flexible, good affinity, patient, meticulous, conscientious, responsible, stress-resistant;
4. Good communication with people, good logical thinking ability and strain ability, rich in team assistance spirit;
5. Working more than 3 days a week, can be more than 6 consecutive months preferred.
