RESPONSIBILITIES
职责
○Conduct Final and During Production Inspection on the LED lamps, luminaires, and relative products
○LED灯泡和灯具类产品的制程及成品检验
○Online inspection and 1st sample verification, daily report on the production situation
○产品跟线及首件确认,每天报告产品生产数量
○Factory audit, assess the capabilities in production, quality control and storage capacity, and evaluate if it’s adequate for producing GC’s products
○工厂审核，考察工厂的质量控制能力,生产能力以及仓储能力,判断是否有生产GC产品的能力
○Feedback all kinds of non-conformity timely. Provide the solution to the merchandiser team in helping to solve any quality problems
○及时反馈质量问题,提供解决方案,协助采购解决问题
○Writing and filing all kinds of reports in quality with English
○使用英语书写整理各类报告
REQUIREMENTS
要求
○Honest, Initiative ,Team-working-minded, problem-solving-oriented, having strong sense of responsibility. Good recognition in assessing risk is necessary
○诚实,团结,有责任心. 具有良好的风险意识及团队协作能力
○At least 1 years of solid working experience of quality control in the LED industry. Familiar with the UL and Energy Star standards of lamps and luminaires is favorable
○1年及以上LED相关行业的质量控制经验,熟悉美国灯具类标准优先选择
○Familiar in using the sampling standard of GB2828 or MIL STD 105E
○熟悉使用GB2828, MIL STD 105E制定抽样标准
○Familiar with LED production and quality control process, Having the working experience of lab testing of lamp is favorable
○熟悉LED产品制程及质量控制, 熟悉LED类产品测试方法优先选择
○Proficient in literal English and oral Chinese
○精通英语书写,精通普通话
○Eager in digging the root cause and helping to solve the problems whenever quality problems occur
○在产品出现问题时,能够协助采购给得出合理的解决方案
○Willing to travel frequently to Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia
○愿意经常去越 南，泰国和柬 埔寨出差
Knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus.
