Responsibilities:
-Assist PR asset preparation;
-Manage sample inventory and courier coordination;
-Responsible for PR reports (weekly/monthly reports, competitor reports, coverage analysis reports etc.) ;
-Draft monthly PR calendar and related documents;
-Maintain Media/ KOL/ Stylist relationships;
-Assist department-related duties and ad-hoc projects.
-Monitor deadlines and given KPIS;
-Media and VIP event support including travel;
-Reporting to PR&Communications Manager.
Requirements:
-1 years or above relevant working experience in PR and communications.
-Major in Marketing, Journalism, Communications preferred, copywriting skill will be a plus.
-Proficiency in Office software.
-Organized, pro-active, independent thinker, good sense of responsibility and a strong team player.
-Good spoken and written English is a must.

岗位职责
1、协助相关公关物料准备工作；
2、管理公关样品库存以及相关协调寄件；
3、独立负责公关报告（周/月报，竞争品牌报告，品牌露出汇总报告等）；
4、起草公关月度计划与节点，以及相关文件；
5、日常维护媒体/造型师/KOL关系；
6、协助部门相关日常工作和阶段性项目。
7、监控截止日期和KPI指标；
8、媒体和VIP活动支持，包括出差；
9、向公共关系与传讯经理汇报工作。
任职资格
1、1年及以上市场营销或公关工作经验；
2、市场营销、新闻、传播专业优先，文案写作能力优秀者优先；
3、熟练掌握Office办公软件；
4、拥有组织能力，积极主动，独立思考，责任心强，团队合作精神强；
5、良好的英语口语和书面表达能力。
