Job description:
- Comply with SSHE policy, procedures and work guidelines of the company.

- Understands the requirements and executes assigned work in accordance with the Site Safety Standards, Mechanical Work Practices, Work Permit system, OIMS & GRS requirements with a safe, reliable and right first time approach.

- Perform pre-task preparations for his / her assigned work. (e.g. procedures, permits, JLAs, tools, etc.)
做好指定工作的准备工作（如：程序、工作许可证、工作风险分析（JLA）、工具等）。
- Troubleshoot plant problems in assigned unit / area.
完成指定装置和区域的设备故障排除。
- Provide accurate task status to First Line Supervisor (FLS), close out the daily permits with necessary feedback to Operations and update maintenance history in SAP as applicable.
提供准确的工作完成情况给一线主管，关闭工作许可证并向操作人员反馈工作情况，在SAP系统中更新设备的维修历史记录。
- Participate in emergency drills.
参加应急演练。
- Complete assigned training modules timely and stay current in his craft knowledge.

- Proactively communicate with Team on Safety / Quality / Productivity concerns or issues.

- Demonstrate leadership skills and ongoing proficiency in all aspects of the work carried out within the inter craft team.

- Assist FLS by leading team to manage activities such as shutdown work.

- Participate PSSRs as assigned by FLS.

- Anticipate and address safety / reliability issues. Escalates to FLS as needed.

- Actively seeks out and captures efficiencies during the execution of work.

- Provides coaching and guidance to other members of the team informally and as a mentor.

Requirements:
- Technical school or above in major of Mechanical, Process Control & Equipment and related.
职业技术学院及以上，机械、过程控制及设备及相关专业毕业。
Skilled in the following areas 具有以下专业技术：
- Installation and alignment of mechanical parts such as mechanical seals, bearings, couplings, gears, transmission belts with motor, turbines and hydraulic systems.
机械密封、轴承、联轴器、齿轮、马达传输带、透平和液压系统的安装和对中。
- Skilled in the use of measuring tools such as dial gauge, micrometer, vernier callipers, depth gauges, feeler gauges, etc.
熟练使用千分表、千分尺、游标卡尺、深度仪以及塞尺等测量工具。
- Carry out alignment of centrifugal pumps and compressors using reverse dial method or laser equipment.
利用千分表或激光对中仪进行离心泵和压缩机的对中。
- Perform routine maintenance of rotating equipment such as vibration checks, oil change, greasing, performance checks.

- Proficient in PC skills.
