When deadlines are tight, and when robust insight is make or break, our clients count on us.Your RoleThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator Program gives you the opportunity to have a large impact on our firm’s growth, as you learn to identify and select our largest asset: our people. While there is no typical day on the team, you’ll have exposure to a variety of areas, including: Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador for our firm and be the first point of contact to help thousands of candidates understand why AlphaSights is a great place to work; manage candidate communications and help guide them through the interview process from application to hire; proactively sells the AlphaSights vision and value proposition to candidates; demonstrates a candidate first mentality at all timesPipeline Generation: Responsible for generating and managing a high quality and active pipeline of candidates; proactively source candidates by leveraging different channels (e.g. Linkedin, liepin, Boss Zhipin); use creative approaches to outreach and engage with high potential candidates with the goal of converting them into hiresCandidate Evaluation: Responsible for screening resumes, reviewing preliminary test results, and conducting phone and over time, conducting first round interviewsCoordination & Operations: Manage candidate pipeline in a timely and efficient manner including scheduling interviews and responding to candidates’ enquiries; managing & updating job postings accurately;preparing the offer letters & employment contracts; populating onboarding information and related trackersCampus Recruitment: Work alongside the Manager/ Senior Recruiter to manage our campus recruiting logistics, organize events, ship materials, book travel, and troubleshoot real-time issues; support the team on developing and executing talent attraction and employer branding activities such as marketing campaigns, in-office events etc. What We Look ForSomeone who is highly organized has an acute attention to detail, and believes that no task is too small for the success of the teamA problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced work environment, always embodying a ‘whatever it takes’ mantra to achieve goals An interest in human capital and the world of human resources, ideally evidenced through choice of undergraduate degree, past internships, or on-campus involvement A ‘people-person’ through and through - looking for a highly interactive, people-focused roleRequirementsBachelor's degree, with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership0+ years of experience (additional experience in talent sourcing or recruiting is a plus)Fluent English and Mandarin required, any additional Asian language(s) would be an advantage
