About the job:
* Evaluate financial implications of various strategic decisions, builds scenarios and recommend actions.
* Promote initiatives to achieve growth and cost savings as well as strengthen responsiveness to customers.
* Continuous improvement of business processes and ensure suitable financial performance measurement (KPI).
* Provide support to assess business risk exposure and provide input to define risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance.
* Identify and manage potential risks relating to contract agreements.
* Being a business partner working with other functions in the organization to drive business improvements and change – part of both tactical and strategic decisions in Divisional management team.
* Ensure compliance and internal control within area of responsibility.
* Deal with tax and legal matters as necessary.
* Ad hoc projects.
What you know:
Knowledge:
* Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
* 3 to 5 years from a similar position
* Experience from multinational company
Skills:
* Excellent analytical skills, with an ability to see the whole picture, as well as an eye for details
* Self-driven, well organized, independent
* Able to co-operate across functions and communicate with all levels
* Able to manage multi tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Good business background and a strategic understanding, with relevant business controlling experience in an international environment
* Strong skills in excel, business report writing
* Able to use discretion and to keep sensitive financial or human resources related information confidential.
