Job Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the commercial contracting process with accuracy and efficiency to meet stakeholder’s requirements on time, proactively and timely response to exceptions and taking lead to work on solutions
- Ensure contract compliance by guiding stakeholder on contract negotiation points and receiving inputs on expiration dates or updates necessary in contracts
- Develop and maintain a mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholder, understand their unmet needs and capture insight and transfer into actionable solutions/improvements
- Lead the full contract process closure
- Work close with buyer team to develop standard contract templates
- Review and update weekly, monthly reports upon request, update various log etc. to buyer team for further follow-up
- Other support work assigned by Reporting Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in appropriate business disciplines
- Excellent Mandarin and English communication skill in both oral and written
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Good sense at seeking the best knowledge, raise the opportunity to improve or optimize the existing process to create value to the firm
- Proficiency with computer software, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Self-driven with high integrity
- Familiar with a variety of the discipline's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Systematic, punctual, and hardworking
