【Key Job Duties and Responsibilities】
1. Act as an "individual marketer" to gather and collect data information in relation to exhibition organizers, industries and market sectors, exhibitors, visitors flow, etc. by attending various trade fairs assigned regularly.
通过定期参加各类展会,收集与展会主办单位、行业和市场、参展商、观众流量等有关的数据信息。
2. Gather, analyze, and interpret market data. Prepare detailed reports based on both: data collected during the show visits and broader set of data researched online.
收集、分析和解读市场数据。根据展会参观期间收集的数据和在线研究数据,生成详细的报告。
3. Monitor the market environment and prepare schedule of shows.
关注展会行业动态,编制展会时间表。
4. Coach and supervise temp staff that works both onsite collecting data and in the office, processing data. Ensuring the job objectives are clear for temp staff and job task accomplished.
指导和监督在现场收集数据和在办公室处理数据的兼职人员。确保兼职人员明确其工作目标,完成工作任务。
5. Perform ad hoc tasks as required by the manager to reinforce teamwork and increase team efficiency.
根据团队经理的要求完成其他安排的任务,加强团队合作,提高团队效率。
【Job requirements】
1.Bachelor degree or above;
本科及以上学历;
2. 1-2 years exhibition or market research work experience, have a certain understanding of the exhibition industry;
1-2年展会或市场调研工作经验,参观或接触过商贸展会,对展览行业有一定了解;
3. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, additional language will be an asset, hands-on knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing is a must;
熟练掌握MS-Office 和中英文书处理;
4. Professional knowledge and understanding of data collection, and research analysis;
对数据收集、分析、解读有专业的认知及理解;
5. Good overall ability, honesty and self-discipline, can work independently, also able to work under pressure and a good team player;
具备良好的综合能力,诚实自律,可独立完成工作,也可与团队合作、为团队提供协作;
6. Proactive communication, good at communicating with people, good at observing and able to give timely feedback.
