岗位职责 Responsibilities
1. Secondary ion mass spectroscopy analyzing and testing, develop the way of
testing; operate the instrument, handle the data, communicate with the customers
on the data as well as report, write the lab reporting, and provide the lab report
within the deadline.
二次离子质谱分析测试，分析方法的开发，仪器操作，数据处理, 和客户沟通解释
数据、给客户撰写实验报告，在给定的期限内提供检测报告。
2. Should be able to operate a Mass Spectroscopy testing instrument and work in
the lab environment independently.
经过培训后，具有独立使用二次离子质谱分析设备和进行相关实验室工作的能力；
3. Can communicate with the customers in terms of the technical data, understand
the customer need, and provide the real and effective testing report upon
customers’ needs.
具有和客户在技术方面沟通的能力，理解客户需求，依据客户需求提供真实有效的

4. Should be able to prepare samples and carry out a peer review of the reports as
and when required.
应在需要时能根据要求制备样品并对报告进行同行评审。
5. Any other duties the Employee may be instructed to carry out by the Employee's
manager from time to time that are reasonably within the scope of the Employee’s
job position and work capabilities

任职要求 Essentials
1. Major in material science, physics or chemistry, with Maser or Dr. degree. Familiar
with material science base knowledge, experience in semiconductor will be given
preference.
材料专业，物理专业或化学专业等相关专业背景，硕士或博士学历，熟悉材料科学
基础知识。有在半导体领域经验者优先考虑。
2. Prior SIMS experience is desired but not essential.
具有 SIMS 经验优先考虑，但并非必备条件。
3. Integrity, hard-working, can work under pressure，can accept Overtime, Shift and
Weekend/Holiday work arrangements.
人品正直，吃苦耐劳，具备承受一定工作压力的心理素质，能接收轮班包含周末/节
假日轮班的工作安排。
4. Be precise, independent, team work, proactive and willing to learn. With good work
attitude.
处事严谨，独立处理能力强，有团队协作精神，工作积极主动，乐于学习。工作态
度良好。
5. Fluent English (both oral and written), office skills
英语听说读写熟练，熟悉 office 等办公软件。
